There are days when you need a challenging, quick, fat-torching workout…..in the convenience of your family room!
But what to do? The same ol’ DVD?
No fear! Here is an awesome circuit-style workout that requires only one set of weights. In fact, there are only two exercises that need dumbbells, so if you don’t have a set handy, just eliminate those two sets or replace them with different body-weight exercises.
For each exercise, complete as many reps as possible in 1 minute. When you’ve completed one full circuit, do it AGAIN for a total 30-minute fat-blasting workout……in your own home!
- Jumping Jacks
- Alternating Front Lunges
- Mountain Climbers
- Prisoner LOW Squats (hold for 3 seconds at bottom, press up)
- High Knee Jog
- Plank Walk (walk down to forearms, back up)
- Squat Jumps
- Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press **weights needed**
- Butt-Kick Jog
- Wall Sit
- Plank Jacks
- Tricep Dips (use a chair or coffee table)
- Long-arm Lateral Raises**weights needed**
Recover, stretch, and rehydrate!
