These whimsical little handprint art tote bags speak for themselves – they are magical, one-of-a-kind projects that can be completed SO quickly….and there is nothing that makes a happier mess than little painted hands and feet!
There really isn’t a need for instructions….but I will share my link for bags and a few fun photos to inspire designs of your own.
Let’s Do This!
Grab your blank canvas bags – and paper plates for the paint. I like to use acrylic paints because they come in unlimited colors, they have great coverage on canvas, and they clean up relatively easy! Win-win-win!!
I love to create these designs in the KITCHEN….close to a sink full of soapy water. You find what works for you.
After you get the handprints on the bag – let them dry. Then…..go back in with permanent markers or more paint on a brush….and add the details.
Finally, you can add that final PERSONAL touches….maybe rhinestones, maybe sequins, maybe ribbons…..and maybe a signature of the little artist.
